Leyya have taken the scene by storm since the inception of their debut album Spanish Disco. Leaving a string of successful releases in their wake, as well as extensive live shows, the duo have just released ‘Heat’, a new track from their upcoming album Sauna.

The Austrian Indie-pop kids have enjoyed immense success with their previous singles – ‘Drumsolo’ ‘Zoo’ and ‘Oh Wow’ , and have turned their ability to showcase their versatility and talent into a fine art.

In true LEYYA fashion, ‘Heat’ mesmerizes with wonderfully layered and intricately constructed electronic sounds, tastefully crafted into an experimental pop song. The track is a collection of the subtle contrasts that make LEYYA such a fascinating act, complete with Sophie’s trademark breathy vocals sitting against an intricately designed soundscape. Forgive LEYYA for their refusal to fall neatly into a single comfortable musical pigeonhole, and ‘Heat’ soon becomes a magnetising musical journey.
