I’ve been a massive Banks (AKA Jillian) fan for a while, so I’m absolutely ecstatic that she has finally released her full length album, ‘Goddess’. The tracks further demonstrate her intimate songwriting abilities with the track ‘Under The Table’ providing a beautiful, minimally arranged contrast to the slick production on the rest of the LP.
Fav. Tracks: ‘Warm Water’ (worth checking out the epic Snakehips remix of this), ‘Goddess’, ‘Drowning’, ‘Beggin For Thread’, ‘Under The Table’.
