UK singer-songwriter Becky Bowe has shared her adorable music video for her single ‘Getting Older’’, a bittersweet emotional rollercoaster ride lyrically. Featuring old footage of the songstress as a newborn baby to a young child will take you down your own trip down memory lane. ‘Getting Older’ will feature on the pop-soul singer’s forthcoming EP set for release this Summer.

Becky Bowe was the face of BBC’s Pitch Battle in 2017 and has sung alongside world-acclaimed acts like Will Young and Kelis. Bowe’s relationship with the BBC extends past Pitch Battle fame, she was backing vocalist on the BBC show This is My Song.  She has also sung in Gareth Malone’s BBC Two series The Choir. Becky continues to impress, previously ranked at number 9 for her single ‘That’s How Love Works’ on the UK iTunes Singer/Songwriter charts!

Becky Bowe speaks on the single: “‘Getting Older is about the point in your life where you are so focused on what you want to do but you lose focus in your social life. It’s a song describing that journey of growing up and how it feels really bizarre and that everything sometimes becomes an excuse but eventually you get the hang of it. You might lose touch with people on the way but then become close again. It’s about not allowing yourself to get worked up about it. It’s just the process of growing up”
