Berlin-based artist MIN-t, the creative moniker of Martyna Kubicz, unveils the music video for her self-released single ‘Hope’, which premiered on METAL Magazine following its March 27, 2026 release. Serving as the lead single from her forthcoming album Before The After, due May 8, MIN-t continues to build on a career that has seen her support HVOB, Angel Haze, Jess Glynne and Vitalic since relocating from Poland to Berlin in 2015. With over 300 live performances at major festivals including Reeperbahn, Off Festival, Orange Warsaw, Open’er and Y Not, she recently completed a European tour alongside Saya Noé and OIEE, with stops in Budapest, Prague, Berlin, Warsaw, Wrocław and Bochum.

A singer, songwriter, composer, producer and mix engineer, MIN-t started classical piano at age seven and spent 12 years at music school in Wrocław. She also participated in children’s musical theatre and ballet. As a teenager, she discovered jazz, electronic music, pop and soul. She began writing at 16 and joined bands before teaching herself Ableton production at 18. She graduated from Berklee College of Music’s Valencia campus on scholarship as the first Polish woman mentored by Susan Rogers, the engineer known for her work with Prince. Her 2021 album Shot To Pieces was co-produced by Leo Abrahams, who has credits with Adele, Jon Hopkins, Brian Eno and Regina Spektor.

‘Hope’ is a bold and powerful anthem that encourages listeners to keep going through tough times. MIN-t produced and mixed the track, which was mastered by Conor Dalton and co-written with her sister Patrycja Kubicz. The single blends electronic music, pop, and R’nB. The video, directed by Feedz and funded by German NPO Initiative Musik, features cinematography by Vanessa Linden and styling by Gracja Janyga with outfits from Enfin Levé, W1P Studio, and Luis Steigleder. It opens with a huge explosion behind MIN-t, then shifts between her and two dancers who represent inner strength through choreography by Luliia Vetiugova. The video also includes live performances of ‘Hope’ with flashing lights that create a sense of disorientation and excitement, and shows MIN-t staring at stacked televisions to highlight mainstream media propaganda.

MIN-t had this to say: “‘Hope’ is a visual reflection on the emotional reality of today. In a world filled with constant, often negative news, many of us feel overwhelmed and uncertain, especially within the current political climate. The video brings these feelings to the surface, showing images that once felt abstract but now feel very real.
